To be eligible for a return you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the oder to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we do not accept returns for socks due to hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your or original method of payment.

If you wish to exchange your item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. You will than have another 14 days to return the item. Please let us know which size you would like to exchange for. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note we have very limited stock, and an exchange will not always be possible. In this instance you can either get first dibs on the next drop or request a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
